REFUNDS
We process returns within 14 days and funds will return to your account within 10 days.
You can request a refund for your purchase within 14 working days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in an unworn state and packed as they were sent. Please note that returning an item for a refund or exchange is at the customer’s expense. The refund will be for the price of the items at the time they were bought excluding any postage costs (this covers admin and insurance costs)
Please email us on info@studiosafyr.co.uk stating your full name and order number along with the reason for your return. Earrings are not accepted for refunds/exchanges for hygiene purposes.
EXCHANGES
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please email us stating your name and order number and reason for exchange, this excludes earrings (for hygiene purposes)
The cost of returning an item for exchange is the buyer’s responsibility.
DUTIES AND FEES
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer and we do not cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.
We recommend you check with your country's import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order.
